The Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation is a non-profit organization with a mission to protect and care for Southwest Florida's coastal ecosystems. We need people who are dedicated to our mission to help us by donating, volunteering, advocating, and doing their part to protect our area.
Please consider helping in one of these ways:
Become a Member
You can become a member of the SCCF family by engaging in meaningful volunteering or making a generous tax-deductible donation of $100 or more at any time within the current SCCF fiscal year ending on June 30.
Adopt a Species
By symbolically adopting a species, sea turtle nest, or section of the beach, you directly help with our research for them. Each adoption comes with an adoption certificate.
Volunteer
View and register for upcoming volunteer opportunities such as beach and road clean-ups.
Join Coastal Watch
Coastal Watch is a special group of volunteers that implement local conservation initiatives to promote marine conservation.
Be a Community Scientist
Report sea turtle and other wildlife sightings to help us build valuable environmental datasets on Sanibel and Captiva by contributing to our various community science projects.
Advocate for our Area
Help us speak up for our coastal ecosystems and promote resiliency against climate change.
