Bird Walk at the Bailey Homestead

Join SCCF staff and volunteers at SCCF’s Bailey Homestead Preserve for a variety of birding experiences. The walk will encompass the Roadside Park, Shipley Trail, Bailey Homestead, and Pond Apple Park. The trails are shell/gravel, and we may walk up to 1.5 miles total.
Wear comfortable shoes, and bring water. Bugs can be bothersome in the early morning, so long pants and long sleeves are always recommended. Binoculars are recommended but not required. Meet at 1300 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel, FL 33957. Parking is free at this location. Specific instructions will be provided to participants prior to the walk.
