Bird Walk at Bailey Homestead

Leading up to the 126th Christmas Bird Count, SCCF and the Sanibel Captiva Audubon Society are holding bird walks around Sanibel and Fort Myers. Join us at the Shipley Trail on SCCF’s Bailey Homestead Preserve on Saturday, Nov. 22, to observe various songbirds, wading birds, shorebirds, and other avian species that call Sanibel home either year-round or in fall and winter. Binoculars are recommended, and we also have a few spare pairs for those without their own! Tickets are $10 for non-SCCF members, and $5 for members. All proceeds benefit our shorebird monitoring program.
Space is limited to 12 participants for the best birding experience.
