SCCF partnered with Captains For Clean Water, and the Conservancy of Southwest Florida on a study executed by Greene Economics that quantifies the economic impacts of harmful water quality events and degraded water quality on the Southwest Florida economy.
Released in January 2024, the study also shines light on how good water quality has a positive economic impact and how projects and policies seeking to improve water quality will pay off through a more robust economy.
