Nadine Cobb
Originally from Northern California, Nadine moved to New Zealand to pursue a bachelor of science at The University of Auckland – Waipapa Taumata Rau, double majoring in environmental science and marine science. After graduating, Nadine spent two seasons working as a park ranger for the Utah Department of Natural Resources and completed an internship in animal husbandry and education at The Conservancy of Southwest Florida. In 2023, she started at SCCF as a nighttime sea turtle tagging intern before becoming the wildlife intern with the Wildlife & Habitat Management department in 2024. Now a technician, she is continuing her work on wildlife projects on Sanibel and Captiva’s unique barrier island ecosystems.
