Mangrove Nursery Watering: Help maintain the SCCF Mangrove Restoration Nursery by watering once a week. Whether you’re already on the island or looking for an excuse for a beach day, come out to our nursery to help us keep our mangroves thriving until the rainy season. Some prior experience is needed. If interested email coastalwatch@sccf.org

Cabbage Palm and Saw Palmetto Watering at the Puschel Preserve: If you love our new Puschel Preserve as much as we do, you’ll love spending a morning amongst its paths, ponds, and trees. Until the rainy season, newly planted cabbage palms and saw palmettos need our help to stay hydrated in the current dry conditions. If interested, email coastalwatch@sccf.org

When: Once a week (whenever is convenient), until rainy season

Puschel Patrol: Join our dedicated group of volunteers led by SCCF staff, keeping the Puschel Preserve weeded and well-maintained over the summer months. If interested, sign up through POINT
